After pictured smoking a blunt, justin seems to slowly shed his good boy persona. After mooning his online fans on Instagram, the 18-year-old Canadian singer was snapped grabbing a fan's breast during a recent meet-and-greet event in Miami, Florida. 

Wearing a backward hat, dark shades and a hoodie, Bieber is pictured smooching the female fan's cheek and coping a feel of her boob in the process. It's unclear whether the "Never Say Never" singer did it on purpose or accidentally touched her in his attempt to go in for a hug.
