Couple jailed for 1 year for KISSING

OR

A couple have been jailed for kissing in public in Dubai. Although the man claimed he was only trying to give the woman CPR [Kiss of Life] when she suffered an asthma attack.

 The pair, a 28-year-old Indian man and a 25-year-old Filipino woman, were spotted ‘wrestling’ by a child who told his mother who called the police.

The lovebirds will now have to spend a year in jail, after which they will be deported.

The couple, co-workers at a Dubai McDonald’s, were seen in an intimate......

Tinsel Stars Cross the broom

Apparently MNET TV series couples aren't just couples behind the camera, they have also been dating on a lowkey for a while now....and now they are officially couples off the camera.

The Tinsel  Acts,  Iyke Okechukwu (Chuks) and Florence Uwaleke (Ene) sealed the deal finally after iyke sorry Mr Iyke proposed late last year after which the young couple traveled down to the bride's hometown in Owerri, Imo state last week Friday (January 5th) for their traditional marriage. 








The White wedding is scheduled to hold sometime in the middle of the year....watch this space for info on that.

Its no news that Riri and Chris have been hanging out much lately, well here is what shes got to say in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine as she floods the cover page.

Court orders Nike Oshinowo's Husband to pay 45 million bucks

Encomium magazine is reporting that Nike Oshinowo's estranged husband, Dr Tunde Soleye has been asked by a Lagos High Court to give his ex-wife Dr Mrs Funmilayo Soleye 100, 000 pounds and N20million as divorce settlement, and also relinquish their London home to her.

Mrs Funmi Soleye filed for divorce after her husband of 28 years and father of her three children, Tunde Soleye married former beauty queen, Nike Oshinowo traditionally. The court did not only grant Mrs Soleye divorce request, they also asked Nike Oshinowo to compensate her by paying her N5million for wrecking her marriage and causing her pain.

"Ghollywood" Dominates African Magic Viewers Choice Awards

The full list of the African Magic Viewers Choice awards nominations have finally been released.  The list includes 24 categories in which Funke akindele is up for 3. 

Mirror boy and Man on Ground seems to be the talking point in the movie categories as the highly rated movies have been nominated in multiple hot categories for all the right reasons. 

Another talking point is the fact that the list is also drowned with a host of Ghanaian and Nigerian Acts.

Well Ghana isn't just taking over from Nigeria as boss on the football pitch but they also seem to be brushing aside the Giants of Africa in the film and movie business...o'well we still boss over them in the oil business tho

Coca-cola has confirmed that Diet Coke has sealed a "long-term partnership with Taylor Swift". This is just a part of Diet Coke's "Extraordinary campaign", the talented country singer will be featured in television, print and digital advertising scheduled to lunch soon.

According to a press release, the singer will “serve as a program ambassador for several Diet Coke initiatives and will be integrated into all key marketing efforts for the brand -- including advertising, retail activation, experiential and more.”
